travel mexico baja california sur la paz pacific expedition

One day, Peter, Pampa, Leslie and I got really brave and decided to take a rented Jeep on a cross-peninsula trek to find the Pacific Ocean.
None of the roads were paved nor marked and we saw only one hut on our expedition.
We just kept taking the roads that seemed to go west.
We finally got there and had the whole Pacific coast to ourselves... except for a burro.
We beach combed and went skinny dipping before we attempted to find our way back.
The surf was extremely rough with a strong undertoe so we didn't get to swim much.
